Hi, I'm Ankita Pandey

Strength training girl who loves running. That's my Instagram bio, and it's the honest version too. I'm a certified fitness and nutrition coach working with people around the world: from India and Europe to Singapore, Dubai, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia. I help women build sustainable fitness and eating habits, support men with nutrition and weight loss, and I'm the strength training coach for Runners360, a running community, where I also build nutrition made for runners. Always with the same idea: fitness should fit your life, not take it over.

My philosophy: no crash diets, no punishing routines, no guilt. We build habits you can keep on your busiest week, because consistency you enjoy beats intensity you dread, every single time.

    On a short call I ask about your goals, your routine, your food habits and what's held you back before, so your plan fits your life from day one.

  3. Get your personalized plan

    Within a couple of days you'll have a training schedule and meal plan built around what we talked about, not the other way around.

  4. Start training

    Join your first session, and I'll be with you every week from there, with check-ins, tweaks, and cheering included.

Nutrition coaching runs in short, repeating cycles: small plans that keep adapting to your body, instead of one giant plan you abandon by week two.

Do I need to be fit already to join?

Not at all. Every workout has options for complete beginners through advanced. You work at your level, and I'll help you progress at your pace. Most people start feeling noticeably stronger within 3–4 weeks.

Are sessions online or in person?

Everything runs online. Group fitness sessions are live, so you can join from Delhi, Rotterdam, or anywhere in between. Nutrition coaching happens over WhatsApp, wherever you are.

What equipment do I need?

Just a mat and some floor space to start. A pair of dumbbells (or filled water bottles!) helps as you progress, but I'll always show equipment-free alternatives.

What if I need to pause, or it's not for me?

Life happens! On the 3-month programs and personal training you can pause once per month for up to a week, no questions asked. And if the first week of a new plan doesn't feel right, message me and we'll adjust it together until it fits you. The 30 Days Life Transformation runs with no breaks, so instead of pauses you can freeze it by letting me know in advance. Fees are non-refundable on all programs; full details in the refund policy.

Will the nutrition plan work with my dietary restrictions?

Yes. Every plan is built from scratch around your needs: vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, allergies, or simply foods you dislike. Indian, Dutch, or any other cuisine, we work with what you actually eat.

How does payment work?

Once you've picked a plan on WhatsApp, I'll send a payment link: iDEAL or bank transfer in Europe, UPI in India, or card anywhere. You pay once per program (3 months, or 20 days for personal training); there's no auto-renewing subscription.
