Privacy policy

Who I am: Ankita Pandey (fitwishankita), a fitness and nutrition coach working online with clients across India, Europe and beyond. For anything privacy related, message me on WhatsApp or on Instagram @fitwishankita.

What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
  • It has no accounts and stores nothing you type. The "Tell me a little about you" form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device; nothing is sent anywhere until you press send inside WhatsApp.

What happens when the page loads

  • Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google, as with any site using their fonts.
  • Prices in your currency: the site asks a geolocation service (ipapi.co, or ipwho.is as a backup) which country your IP address is in, only to show prices in your currency. The result is used on the page and thrown away; I never see it and nothing is stored.
  • Links out: Instagram and WhatsApp links take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.

What I keep when we work together

Coaching happens over WhatsApp. To build and adjust your plan I use what you share with me there: your name, goals, food habits, weight check-ins and any medical conditions you tell me about. That information stays between us. I use it only for your coaching, I never sell it, and I never share it with anyone else.

If you sign up for a nutrition plan through the registration form, your name and contact details are stored so I can follow up on your request.

Progress photos

Before and after photos you share with me, on WhatsApp or any other platform, are part of your coaching: they help us both see what's changing. By sharing them you're okay with me also featuring them in the progress and testimonial sections of this website and on my Instagram. They stay anonymous by default: no name and no face unless you tell me you're happy to be recognisable. And if you'd rather your photos are never shown anywhere, one message is enough, at any time, even after they've been posted. Saying no never affects your coaching.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what information I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. One WhatsApp message is enough. If you are in the EU, these are your GDPR rights and I'm happy to honour them for everyone, everywhere.


Refunds, pauses and freezes

You pay once per program: there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Fees are non-refundable, on all programs. What I can always do is adapt the program to you, and that works a little differently per program.

3-month programs and personal training

  • Not feeling it in week one? Message me and we'll adjust the plan together until it fits you.
  • Pauses: you can pause once per month for up to a week, no questions asked. Just let me know.

30 Days Life Transformation

This program runs as one continuous block of 30 days with no breaks, because that's what makes it work. So instead of pauses:

  • Freezes: if something comes up and you need to freeze the plan, tell me in advance and we'll arrange it.
  • Uninformed absence: disappearing without notice leads to lapsing out of the plan.

Terms & health disclaimer

Coaching, not medical care

I'm a certified fitness and nutrition coach, not a doctor or dietitian treating illness. My programs are general fitness and nutrition guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace care from your doctor.

  • Check with your doctor before starting if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or take medication that affects diet or exercise.
  • Tell me honestly about medical conditions, allergies and injuries when we start. Your plans are built around what you share, and they can only be as safe as that information is complete.
  • During any workout: if something hurts, stop. Never push through pain.

Results

Everybody and every body is different. I'll give you a plan that works and support you the whole way, but no specific result (weight, measurements, race times) can be guaranteed, and testimonials on the site show individual outcomes, not promises.

Payments

Payment is per program, in advance, via bank transfer, UPI, iDEAL or payment link. Prices are shown on the site in your local currency and confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
